You’ll be able to calculate your exact delivery cost before at the checkout.

Our standard service is via Fedex and you will receive a tracking email once we dispatch your order.
 

Our aim is to dispatch all orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. No orders are dispatched during the weekend or bank holidays.

 

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification from Fedex with tracking information.

 

Unfortunately we have no control over delivery service providers, subsequently from time to time especially during peak seasonal periods deliveries can take a little longer then expected. We’re unable to offer refunds due to late deliveries.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you have an issue you have ordered from Radox Outlet – please contact us via email info@radoxradiators.com or via the 'Contact Us' page.

Unwanted goods are expected to be returned in their original packaging and should be returned within 30 days.

Items delivered must be checked for damages and/or aesthetic imperfections BEFORE installation. Installed items are deemed to be 'accepted' and are non-returnable.

 

Any discrepancies with orders (size, finish, quantity, etc.) should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Please check your delivery carefully. If you notice any signs of damage to the items or packaging, please sign for the goods as 'damaged' as a precaution and report this to Radox Radiators immediately (no claims can be made with our courier aftern 24 hours following delivery of the goods).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by a customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.

It can take 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days.

 

Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.
